You can return a SeaSucker product for a refund if:
1. You purchased the product directly from SeaSucker, either from our on-line store (www.seasucker.com), from our factory in Bradenton, Florida, or from a SeaSucker-managed booth at a boat show, trade show, bike expo or similar event; and
2. You make the request for a refund within 30 days of your receiving the product from us; and
3. You return the product to us in like-new condition.
SeaSucker in its sole discretion will determine whether returned products are in like-new condition. In general, "like-new condition" means the product is in normal working order, there are no blemishes on the product, and all parts, accessories, and tools are present.
Discrepancies between your RMA request and the products returned will be viewed in a light most favourable to SeaSucker.
We understand that free returns are a common expectation when shopping online. However, at SeaSucker, we do not offer free return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In accordance with EU consumer law, if you return an item within the 14-day withdrawal period, we will refund the full purchase price of the item. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping costs (i.e. the cost of the least expensive delivery method we offer), even if you chose a more expensive shipping option at checkout.
Please note:

If you selected a premium or express shipping method, we will only refund the cost equivalent to our standard shipping option.

If shipping was free, there is no additional shipping refund applicable.
